There are 2 subscription levels, bi-monthly and yearly

If I subscribe in August will I have to subscribe again in September for the full launch?
No. August and September are considered one issue. Please review our Subscription Details

How do I pay for my subscription?
You must have electronic payment methods

Do I require a Paypal account to make a purchase?
The purchaser does NOT require a Paypal account. It is the vendor that requires an account.

Are taxes included in the price?
All taxes are included in the subscription price.

What currency is being used to determine the subscription fee?
Canadians Funds $CAD

Videos

Video will not play
Your broadband connection is slow or has dropped off slightly.
You do not have high speed internet. This service is not recommended for those with dial up or slow broadband service.
Your computer does not have the correct program to play the videos. Download Adobe Flash.

Members Area

I logged in but it still asks me for my username and password.
Membership only allows access to one person at a time. If you did not log out, it may still think you are logged in. Log in once more to gain access.

I get a 404 page when I try to view member content.
Double-check your payment history. Your purchase was not processed or you haven't signed up for a subscription. To check if you have a subscription: Log in and view My Account in the left hand menu.

I get a message indicating that my subscription has not started, or has expired.
Sometimes it take a day for PayPal to confirm your payment. If you still do not have access after a whole day, contact This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . To check if your subscription has expired: Log in and view My Account in the left hand menu.
