RULES

1. Routine may be from the 2010, 2011 or 2012 season

2. Music and routine choreography/content must be appropriate for all ages to view

3. Must have permission from participants, coaches & choreographers to video cast

4. Items to be received prior to or by January 15, 2012

Completed Official Team Entry
Team photo in jpg format (larger size)
Club or team logo (if available)
Video of: team routine, brief get to know us, explanation of why the funds are required

5. Only completed and viewable materials will be expected for consideration

6. DO NOT edit materials. We will edited the materials provided

7. Team is must be composed of 3 or more

8. Routine time between 1:30 - 3:30 minutes
